For Continuing Students, beginner and advanced levels welcome

This series is for you if:
• You’ve completed my beginner series or
• You’ve done yoga before but don’t want advanced, flashy poses
• You want to feel stronger and more confident without pressure
• You like clear guidance, thoughtful pacing, and purposeful movement
Build From Here is a 4-week foundational yoga series designed to help you deepen your practice gently — without pretzels, handstands, or intimidation.
This is the in-between sweet spot.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Foundational flow with clear, intentional sequencing
• Strength, balance, and mobility — without rushing
• Continued focus on breath and nervous system regulation
• Options and modifications always offered
• A calm, welcoming environment that meets you where you are
You’ll move a little more, explore poses more fully, and build strength and confidence — all without feeling overwhelmed.
SCHEDULE for January
Fridays & Saturdays
Friday January 9 – Saturday February 1
• Friday evenings at 5:45pm
• Saturday mornings at 9am
WHO THIS SERIES IS FOR
• Students who’ve completed the Beginner Series
• Those returning to yoga after time away
• Yogis who want strength and flow without extremes
• Anyone who says: “I want more… just not crazy.”
If you can get on and off the floor and are familiar with basic poses, you’ll feel right at home here.
