  • Mondays – 6:30 PM Hatha Yoga
    Classic yoga with a blend of standing, seated and balancing postures. Focused on alignment, breath and steady progress.

  • Wednesdays – 6:45 PM Vinyasa Yoga
    A fluid, breath connected sequence that builds gentle heat and strengthens the whole body. Inviting, empowering and beginner friendly

  • Fridays – 5:45 PM Elemental Yoga
    A yoga practice based on the five elements, blending breathwork, postures and visualization.

  • Saturdays – 9:00 AM Samana Balancing Practice
    A centering, stabilizing practice for anyone who feels scattered, anxious or overwhelmed. Focuses on hips, core & coming home to yourself.

    All classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for most bodies and experience levels.

Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines gentle movement, breath, and awareness to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more at ease in your body. No flexibility required. No experience needed. Just show up as you are.
