Why I Created NEXIA Method™
For years, I watched women do what they thought they were supposed to do. Push harder. Work out longer. Ignore the exhaustion. Fight through the stiffness. Blame themselves when their bodies started changing.
The closer many women get to perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, the more they realize that what worked in their 20s and 30s often doesn't work anymore. They don't need more punishment. They don't need another extreme workout.
And they don't need to spend hours on a yoga mat trying to become someone they're not. They need a way to move that supports their body instead of fighting against it.
I created NEXIA Method because I couldn't find a system that brought all of those pieces together.
Over the years, I became certified in yoga, Pilates, rebounding, calisthenics, breathwork, and meditation. Each one offered something valuable, but none of them felt complete on their own. So I started combining what actually worked. The strength-building benefits of Pilates and calisthenics. The mobility and body awareness of yoga. The energy and circulation benefits of rebounding. The calming effects of breathwork and nervous system regulation.
The result became NEXIA Method™.
A simple, sustainable approach designed to help women sleep better, move better, build strength, reduce stress, and feel like themselves again. Not through punishment. Not through perfection. Not by trying to keep up with twenty-year-olds.
But by working with your body instead of against it. Because wellness shouldn't leave you feeling broken. It should leave you feeling stronger, calmer, more capable, and more alive.
