This beginner-friendly movement class blends:
gentle stretch and breathwork
Pilates-inspired core and strength work
low-impact bounce movement for circulation and energy
mobility and balance training
This is not an intense gym workout and no experience is needed.

FOUNDATIONS SERIES
Foundations: Stretch, Strengthen & Reset

If you’ve been wanting to start moving your body again but aren’t sure where to begin, this series was created for you.
This is a beginner-friendly, supportive 6-week program focused on helping you feel better in your body—without pressure, overwhelm, or intimidation.
We’ll build from the ground up using a combination of:
stretching and mobility
simple, supportive strength (Pilates-inspired core work)
breathwork for stress relief and energy
gentle, functional movement
and a light introduction to rebounding
This is not a drop-in class.
Each week builds on the last, so you can feel real progress, build confidence, and actually understand what you’re doing.
What you’ll gain:
