Each week builds on the last, helping you gain confidence, strength, flexibility, and self-awareness — without pressure or judgment. You'll explore movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices that calm the nervous system and reconnect you with your body.
Led by Irma Creech (YTT 200, Reiki II), this journey blends grounding energy, compassionate guidance, and the spirit of Ubuntu — the African philosophy of community and shared humanity. Come as you are. All bodies, backgrounds, and abilities are welcome.

In a session with Irma (Certified Reiki II Practitioner + Crystal Reiki Healer), you'll rest fully clothed on a massage table in a serene, sacred space. Using a combination of traditional Reiki hand placements, intuitively guided energy work, and optional crystal and chakra alignment, Irma facilitates deep energetic clearing and emotional restoration.

Balancing them—through practices like Reiki, yoga, meditation, crystals, or sound—helps clear stagnation, align body and spirit, and restore equilibrium. Think of it as tuning your inner instrument so every note plays smoothly again.
