About Irma

My Story

I’m Irma — a certified yoga teacher (YTT 200), Reiki II practitioner, Crystal Reiki Master, Access Consciousness Bar aligner, Reflexologist in training, chakra alignment guide and artist. Born in South Africa and now rooted in Rifle, Colorado, I walk the path of a soul-led healer, artist, and spiritual teacher.

Why I Teach & Heal

I have always had a calling to be a healer, that’s when Yoga cracked open the door, Energy work flung it even wider and art gave me the language to translate the wild, beautiful chaos of healing into something tangible.

Today, I blend intuitive movement, energy alignment, earth-based rituals, and soul-crafted creativity into everything I offer—whether it’s on the mat, at the canvas, or in a sacred healing session.

My Approach

My style is earthy and elevated, raw yet intentional. I believe healing is messy, magical, and deeply personal. In every session, I hold space for you to find your rhythm, your roots, and your own ritual.

What Healing Means to Me

I believe healing is your birthright.
I believe in the African philosophy of Ubuntu: “I am because we are.”
And I believe your soul already knows the way home—I just help clear the path
